Position Summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure the on‑time delivery and long‑term support of Plasma Power products. This role focuses on improving delivery performance, reducing lead times, supporting manufacturing readiness, and driving continuous product lifecycle improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead NPD projects and cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Quality.
  • Manage schedules, risks, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure on‑time performance and product readiness.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder interface for NPD program updates.
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement to ensure material availability and factory build readiness.
  • Drive DFM alignment, quality targets, and cycle‑time improvements with Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Document program work, elevate risks, and drive issues to closure.
  • Support RFQs and sustaining program proposals as needed.
Work Environment
  • Onsite, office‑based role with some travel.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience

3–5 Years of Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field.

Compensation

The range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 to $105,000 per year.
