Job description

Shift: 10am - 6:30pm  Location: Amherst, NH

Are you a skilled forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you have experience handling heavy, oversized loads and stocking the warehouse safely and efficiently? If so, Novo Building Products wants you on our team.

We're looking for dependable, safety-focused professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that values teamwork, growth, and performance.

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operation moving by:

  • Moving and stocking heavy products throughout the warehouse
  • Safely operating forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse
  • Using RF scanners to accurately move and verify inventory
  • Ensuring products are placed in the correct locations and properly labeled
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Proactively identifying product, inventory, or safety concerns
  • Supporting warehouse operations and team objectives as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit?

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience operating forklifts rated up to 6,500 lbs.
  • Can safely handle large, heavy, and awkward loads
  • Understand warehouse safety practices and PPE requirements
  • Have strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
  • Can read and follow work instructions
  • Are dependable and willing to work overtime when needed
  • Are at least 18 years old
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
  • Experience transporting products weighing 2,500+ lbs.
  • Experience handling loads up to 18 feet long
  • One or more years of forklift operating experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
