Job description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform rig-ups, rig-downs, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs in the field
  • Identify and work with various types of solids control equipment
  • Complete required safety training and follow all safety protocols
  • Maintain proper rig etiquette while working on job sites
  • Accurately complete rental agreements, field tickets, and daily reports
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Assist with general labor tasks as needed

Job Duties

  • Travel to field locations to support equipment setup and operations
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
  • Support team operations to ensure efficient and safe job execution
  • Train and assist other employees when needed
  • Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and extended standing

Education and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Candidate must satisfy all internal driver eligibility requirements, including compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and driving record criteria
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to train others and work effectively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced field conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks for extended periods
