Which notary job makes the most money?

Notary signing agents who specialize in loan signings for real estate transactions tend to earn the highest income among notary roles, often charging $75 to $200 per signing session. Experienced agents with certifications and a strong client base can increase their earnings by handling multiple signings daily, especially in high-demand areas or with specialized services like mortgage or legal document notarizations.

How do Notaries find clients?

Notaries find clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts such as creating a professional website or listing on online directories. Building relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, and legal professionals can also help generate steady client leads. Certification and reliable service encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

How much money do you make on Notarize?

Notarize is a platform that allows remote online notaries to perform notarizations. Notaries using Notarize typically earn between $10 and $25 per notarization, depending on the state and the complexity of the service, with some earning additional fees for extra services or certifications. Income can vary based on the number of notarizations completed and the hours worked.

Can Notary Public be a side hustle?

Yes, a Notary Public can work as a side hustle, as notarization services are often provided on a flexible schedule and can be performed outside of full-time employment. Many notaries operate independently, offering services for document signing, loan closings, and affidavits, often requiring certification and a notary commission. This allows for additional income alongside other jobs or commitments.

While both roles involve notarizing documents, a Notary Event typically refers to notarizations performed during specific events or gatherings, often on a one-time basis. A Notary Signing Agent specializes in loan signings, requiring additional certification and working primarily within the real estate and mortgage industries. The key difference lies in their focus and work setting, with Notary Signing Agents often handling complex financial documents in professional environments.
