About Affinity Plus

Affinity Plus is dedicated to improving the financial lives of our members through a cooperative, member-focused approach. Our nine-member Board brings together leaders from diverse backgrounds and experiences to guide the organization's strategy, governance, and future growth.
Position Summary

As a volunteer member of the Board of Directors, you will provide governance oversight and strategic leadership for Affinity Plus. Directors work collaboratively with fellow Board members and executive leadership to support organizational success, monitor performance, and ensure the credit union remains financially sound and member-focused.

Preferred Experience

* Marketing, brand strategy, communications, public relations, or member/customer engagement
* Leadership experience within Greater Minnesota communities, helping ensure the Board reflects the geographic diversity of our membership

Most importantly, we seek leaders who are passionate about helping people improve their financial lives and who are committed to advancing Affinity Plus's mission, values, and cooperative purpose.

Time Commitment
