Position Summary
Highland Park ISD is seeking dependable and safety-minded Substitute School Bus Drivers to transport students and authorized passengers safely to and from school, field trips, and school-related activities. This position plays a vital role in supporting student success by providing safe, courteous, and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Applicants must be able to:
  • Obtain and maintain a valid Texas Commercial Driver License (CDL), Class B
  • Obtain and maintain Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
  • Obtain and maintain a Texas School Bus Driver Certification
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully complete all required district and state training
