Job description

Position Hours: Monday - Friday, AM and PM Routes
Location: South Ridge School, Culver, MN 
Wage: $20,083.57-$24,387.29
Benefits: Contingent upon the number of hours worked per week. For detailed information about benefits, please refer to the applicable contract available on our district website. 
We're currently accepting applications for a Bus Driver at our South Ridge School. Our driving positions work on average 20 hours per week. If you're looking for employment, check us out today! Position Description: 
  • Transports students according to assigned routes and time schedule. 
  • Performs a complete pre-trip inspection and monitors vehicle performance and mechanical conditions. 
  • Maintains the cleanliness of vehicle interior and exterior.
  • Maintains effective student management during the operation of the vehicle. 
Skills Needed: 
  • Safe and professional driving habits.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to communicate well with children, parents, and school building principal. 
Qualifications: 
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug test, and alcohol screen. 
  • Active Minnesota Driver's License. 
  • Maintain active Bus Driver's Endorsement.
