Pay Grade: TR1 (Minimum $13.67 per hour in 2025-2026; will increase in 2026-2027)
Days Employed: 173 (5 hrs/day)
Primary Purpose:
Be the friendly adult who ensures that students' bus transportation to and from school is safe and comfortable! Navarro ISD Bus Monitors assist the drivers in maintaining an orderly environment and addressing students' needs. Maintaining the highest level of professional communication with campus administrators, fellow employees, and our community is essential.
We are hiring a new bus monitor for the 2026-2027 school year to begin in August 2026.
