Job Summary

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily school bus routes, communicating with drivers, and ensuring safe and timely transportation of students. This role monitors routes, responds to issues in real time, and works closely with drivers, maintenance staff, and school administrators to maintain efficient transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers and buses for daily school routes, field trips, and special assignments.
  • Monitor bus routes to ensure on-time performance and safe operations.
