We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for helping others live safely and comfortably at home, to lead client admissions and assessments for our established in-home personal care agency. Make a meaningful difference-one home at a time.
🔹 Position: Admissions RN
🔹 Schedule: Part-time or full-time available
🔹 Location: In-home visits throughout the Northern Neck of Virginia
🔹 Pay: Competitive and based on experience
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Coordinate admissions paperwork and ensure compliance with agency policies
  • Communicate with families, caregivers, and physicians to ensure continuity of care
