Status: Full-Time
Pay Range: $145,000-$175,000 annual salary, eligible for annual bonus for meeting performance goals

  • Carrier amp; Market Development: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key insurance carriers and brokers to secure favorable terms and market access.
  • Placement Strategy and Marketing Leadership: Lead placement strategy across the region, ensuring innovative, comprehensive, and competitive solutions for clients across all product lines.
  • MATRIX MANAGE
  • Drive Growth and Retention: Work with branch leadership as needed to support key Middle Market account marketing to drive retention and new business wins
  • Community and Knowledge Building: Create and foster a strong regional community across HSIP partner agencies, promoting collaboration, sharing best-practices and ensuring collective knowledge building and market strength.
  • Strategic Execution: Align regional initiatives with national strategies while adapting to local market dynamics to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
  • Enhanced Compensation Oversight: Manage and optimize enhanced compensation and contingent agreements to maximize value for partner agencies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market and regulatory changes, translating insights into actionable strategies that keep HSIP competitive and ahead of client needs
  • Internal Partnership: Work closely with agency leaders and the national market relations team to drive coordination, communication, and results.
  • Product Development: Identify client needs/market gaps and look to partner to create these solutions, with markets or within Brightstone.
  • Leadership amp; Mentorship: Serve as a visible leader within the Northeast Region, mentoring colleagues to strengthen placement capabilities and market expertise.
