NorthEast Electrical is looking for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Brockton!
Location: Brockton, MA - On Site Daily
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8pm-5am and Fridays 3pm-12am
Salary: $70,000-$85,000

As a member of the CDC Warehouse Organization, you will be responsible for specified duties related to the Outbound Department. The person in this position is exposed to all elements that exist in a warehouse environment where the noise level is usually moderate.
Essential Functions:
  • Schedule and assign work to employees, providing necessary materials, equipment and documents.
  • Coordinate the accuracy and efficiency of staging and outbound loading of products with a focus on quality including service recovery as needed
  • Manage and audit the pallet and load quality of outbound products
  • Manage and audit the outbound transportation process
  • Responsible for the load to manifest process
  • Oversight of transportation, Innovo Routing and the consolidation of routes as needed
  • Manage On Time Departure schedule for routes and fleet transfers is adhered to daily
  • Collaborate with Transportation department to manage staffing and driver start up meetings
  • Provide driver and associate start up meetings reviewing safety, quality, on-time accuracy, and customer experience
  • Manage driver delays and breakdowns as needed
  • Direct reports include a 3rd shift lead and 3rd shift associates
  • Accountabilities for replenishment and put-away for 3rd shift associates
  • Perform post-sort briefing and communication with Transportation and Receiving Manager

What we are looking for you to bring to us:
  • Ability to organize, multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and warehouse equipment.
  • Product knowledge is desirable.
  • Good understanding of computer system preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
  • Must be reliable and flexible.
