Job Summary
Full Time | 40 Hours per WeekAre you passionate about clinical content development, standardization, and innovation? In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, documenting, and tracking clinical content while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
As a key subject matter expert for your assigned clinical function/area, you will lead content initiatives, oversee project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and support remediation, enhancement, and demand projects. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to fellow informatics specialists.
Qualifications
- Manage the process for clinical content development, standardization, coordination, maintenance, and archiving.
- Coordinate the gathering and synthesis of current clinical content, as well as the development of new clinical content.
- Oversee content development activities and support collaboration between and among work groups.
- Develop and oversee completion of project plans and schedules.
- Track the progress of content development and build activities, including remediation efforts, enhancements, and demand projects.
- Provide coordination and direction to complete assigned clinical content tasks.
- Ensure required deliverables are produced and project milestones are achieved according to established timelines.
- Track, identify, and help resolve project issues to support successful outcomes.
- Lead assigned work groups and facilitate interactions that drive effective communication and problem-solving.
- Foster collaboration among stakeholders to develop solutions for content development and management initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for the assigned clinical function/area.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other Informatics Specialists.
- Share knowledge and best practices to promote consistency and excellence in clinical content management.
- Manages the process for content development, standardization, coordination, maintenance, and archiving.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, standardization, and continuous improvement of clinical content while helping drive successful informatics initiatives across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Informatics required.
Master's Degree in Nursing/Informatics preferred.

Licenses and Certifications
Registered Nurse in Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
Current nursing informatics certification required or to be attained within two-year period from hire. Certification must be maintained while employed in this position.
Experience
Experience in clinical informatics 5-7 years required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
