This is an outstanding opportunity to work on very complex commercial transactions, collaborate with experienced professionals, and receive comprehensive training while building a long-term career with a respected organization. Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Research and review deeds, mortgages, leases, company documents, court records, and other legal documents to confirm ownership rights and determine how they affect title insurance coverage.
  • Use legal knowledge and sound judgment to evaluate risks, make underwriting decisions, and determine what additional information or documentation may be needed before issuing title insurance.
