Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Union & Non-union Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support customers and employees, manage union billing responsibilities, and help maintain accurate and compliant records.


What You’ll Do

  • Preform multi-state billing for both union and non-union jobs
  • Provide friendly, timely customer and employee support
  • Onboard and verify employee payroll information
  • Process union billing, reconcile records, and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with union and government requirements
  • Partner with payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with process improvements that enhance efficiency and teamwork
  • Administrative support for team members
