Job description

Build a Business, Not Just a Career

What would your career look like if you had the training, tools, and team behind you to build something entirely your own? That's the opportunity waiting for you at The Anchor Group | LPT Realty.

We're not a team that hands you leads and calls it a day. We're a team that teaches you how to build a pipeline that's yours — one rooted in real skills, real relationships, and real strategy. That's why our agents keep growing, month after month, and why we're one of the fastest-growing teams around.

The Opportunity

Join The Anchor Group and you'll be trained to generate your own business from the ground up. You'll learn how to prospect, network, and convert conversations into clients — skills that stay with you for the rest of your career, no matter where it takes you. Alongside that, you'll get hands-on coaching, sharp marketing support, and a back office that handles the paperwork so you can stay focused on people and closings.

Who Thrives Here

This role is built for someone who wants ownership over their career. You're self-motivated and ready to treat this like a business, not a job. You genuinely like people — connecting with them, listening to them, helping them solve a real problem. And you bring energy to a team environment, understanding that your effort directly shapes the results you get.

Your Day-to-Day

  1. Expect to spend your time following up on opportunities, understanding what clients actually need, and guiding them through buyer and seller consultations with confidence.
  2. You'll host open houses, manage transactions from contract to close, and continually work to grow your own book of business.
  3. Over time, you'll build the kind of market fluency that lets you speak to any client question with authority.

What You Bring

  1. You're coachable and hungry to keep learning.
  2. You're comfortable with technology and new platforms.
  3. You communicate clearly, negotiate well, and know how to build a network.
  4. You're self-driven, organized, and good at managing your own time.
  5. And you hold an active real estate license — that part's non-negotiable.

Core Values

  1. Accountability: We do what we say we'll do, for our clients and for each other.
  2. No One Left Behind: We rise as a team, making sure every agent has the support they need to succeed.
  3. Customer First: Every decision starts with what's best for the client.
  4. Hustle: We outwork the moment and bring urgency to everything we do.
  5. Ownership: We take responsibility for our results and our growth, no excuses.
  6. Relationships: We build trust that lasts well beyond the transaction.

The market rewards people who keep moving — and that's exactly what we do at The Anchor Group. If you're ready to build a real skill set and a real career, we'd love to talk. Apply today.
