Compensation: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour

About the Role: We are a leading residential HVAC company in the Newton area looking to add a capable and driven HVAC Service Technician to our team. This non union role is perfect for a mid level technician who is highly proficient at running standard maintenance calls completely independently and is eager to expand their skills into advanced troubleshooting. We invest heavily in our team's growth and will actively support and pay for your path to obtaining your full Refrigeration Technician license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine maintenance and standard service repairs on residential HVAC systems.
  • Run daily maintenance dispatches independently without the need for a senior technician looking over your shoulder.
  • Progressively take on more complex service calls, diagnostics, and on call responsibilities as you grow your skill set.
  • Provide clear, honest, and professional communication to homeowners regarding their system health and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

  • Solid foundational experience performing residential HVAC maintenance and standard service work.
  • Active Apprentice card is highly preferred.
  • Currently tracking toward or highly interested in obtaining a Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (company paid support available).
