These positions focus on skills such as communication, management, organization, customer service, and problem-solving. Examples of non-technical jobs include roles in human resources, marketing, administration, finance, and sales. While some familiarity with technology can be helpful, these jobs typically emphasize interpersonal and business skills over technical expertise.

Non-technical professionals often serve as liaisons between technical teams and other departments, translating business requirements into actionable tasks and ensuring clear communication. They may participate in project meetings, help prioritize tasks, and provide feedback from a customer or business perspective. Successful collaboration requires strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of the company's products or services, and the ability to bridge gaps between technical jargon and business objectives.
