As the IT Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our HR technology landscape. Your primary focus will be on Oracle Fusion within the modules of Learning, Talent, Time and Labor, ensuring its effective utilization and alignment with our corporate goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HR-related IT projects, with a focus on learning, talent, time, and labor modules in Oracle Fusion.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, working closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise to the team, offering guidance and support.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust data management practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, especially in HR technology.

Qualifications
