The project scope consists of three primary areas of focus:
---The new system could be utilized by up to almost 4,000 personnel.
• Understands the Project drivers and expected business outcomes.
- Develops the project management plans in collaboration with key stakeholders including the vendor to achieve business outcomes.
- Develops and facilitates a project governance structure.
- Performs stakeholder management.

The project scope consists of three primary areas of focus:
- Implementation The vendor for the new project management system will have a Project Manager to manage the vendor's resources, deliverables, and timelines. The EPMO Project Manager will collaborate with them to manage all aspects of implementation internal to Ramsey County.
