Your experience and background will help determine the most appropriate role level when an opening becomes available. As of 2026, Media Cause consists of 50+ full-time employees along with a network of talented consultants. We have offices in Washington DC, Atlanta, and San Francisco, with many team members working remotely on a permanent basis. This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do (Scope Varies by Level)

Project Managers at Media Cause lead cross-functional work and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes. Depending on experience and role level, responsibilities may include:

  • Managing multiple client projects using project management best practices
  • Building and maintaining detailed project plans, assessing dependencies, risks, and timelines
  • Partnering with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Technology teams
  • Leading or supporting client communications and contributing to meetings
  • Managing project budgets, scope, and financial forecasts
  • Collaborating with resourcing and finance partners to staff projects effectively
  • Proactively identifying and escalating risks
  • Leading retrospectives and contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting proposal development and new business efforts
  • Leveraging modern tools, including AI-powered project management solutions, to improve efficiency
Who You Are

We're open to Project Managers with approximately 2-12+ years of experience. Your background, scope of prior responsibility, and leadership experience will help determine the most appropriate role level. You likely bring:

  • Experience managing digital or integrated marketing projects (agency experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams
  • Familiarity with creative, strategy, media, and technical workflows
  • Flexibility across waterfall, hybrid, or agile approaches
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Interest in mission-driven or nonprofit work
