Job description

Are you someone who enjoys bringing events to life, building relationships, and keeping multiple projects organized? I'm recruiting for a Programs & Events Coordinator with a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering small businesses.

In this role, you'll coordinate networking events, manage program registrations, support marketing and outreach efforts, work with volunteers and committees, and help deliver meaningful experiences for members and partners throughout Georgia and the Carolinas.


What you'll be doing:

โœ” Coordinate networking events, meetings, and program logistics

โœ” Manage event registrations, databases, and volunteer coordination

โœ” Support marketing initiatives, member communications, and outreach campaigns

โœ” Maintain event calendars and sponsorship information

โœ” Collaborate with leadership, committees, and community partners


What we're looking for:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in event coordination, program management, nonprofit, association, or membership organizations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with tools such as WordPress, Constant Contact, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:
