- In deiner Rolle als Category Manager Non Food (m/w/d) übernimmst du an unserem Standort in der Tchibo Firmenzentrale in Hamburg die Verantwortung für das Non Food Sortiment im Vertriebskanal Shops.
- Dein Hauptfokus liegt auf der selbstständigen Sortimentssteuerung und dem Category Management unserer Non Food Produkte (von Textilien bis Hartwaren) für die optimale Vermarktung in unseren über 500 Shops deutschlandweit.
- In internen Entscheidungsrunden steuerst du gemeinsam mit den Kolleg*innen aus dem Produktmanagement sowie dem Business Planning die Shop-Sortimente.
- Aktuelle Trends im Non Food Segment und in der Konsumgüterindustrie (FMCG) erkennst du früh und weißt sie mit Überzeugung umzusetzen.
- Die Entwicklung von Trade Marketing- und Verkaufskonzepten für die von dir geplanten Sortimente sowie die Analyse des Markterfolgs nach Verkaufsstart gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Dein fundiertes Non Food Know-how, dein enger persönlicher Austausch mit unseren Shops und dem Außendienst sowie deine analytische Sichtweise bilden die Grundlage für eine nachhaltig erfolgreiche Sortimentsplanung und -steuerung.
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Vertrieb erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Berufserfahrung im Category Management oder Vertriebsmarketing - idealerweise im Non Food Einzelhandel oder in der Konsumgüterindustrie - bringst du mit.
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zeichnen deine Arbeitsweise aus.
- Das Management komplexer Schnittstellen gelingt dir ebenso selbstverständlich wie klare, empathische Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen.
- Ein sicheres Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Shop-Kund*innen, teamorientierte Durchsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung runden dein Profil ab.
