Job Description

DUTIES: Lead and generate technical solutions including specifying of requirements, functional decomposition, analysis, development and testing for current, new and major programs. Lead development of software system team design content and software anomaly corrections. Perform complex design analysis. Specify and balance system requirements. Provide, communicate, support common best practices among software community. Perform as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least on platform or application component. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study. Seven (7) years of experience as a Software Developer, Graduate Teaching Assistant, IT Analyst, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. Or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study. Five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer, Graduate Teaching Assistant, IT Analyst, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. Three (3) years of experience with the following: Building production-level frontend applications using React, Angular, WebGL or similar frameworks; JavaScript, TypeScript and dynamic frontend fundamentals; Building, deploying, and operating high-availability services; experience creating ground up enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture standards, frameworks, and practices; and Programming experience in Python, Java, Go. One (1) year of experience with the following: Manage large technical initiatives from idea to operationalization and continuous evolution of technical solution to enable new business capabilities and improve efficiencies; and experience working with cloud infrastructure, automations, configuration management, artifact management and building advanced CI/CD solutions.
