As a FAE Director on our Sales Marketing & Distribution team, you'll become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Are you in?

Your role

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop the OEM Digital FAE team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture and equitable opportunities. Elevate technical competence and strengthen customer engagement with OEMs’ key technical contacts. Advance regional technical ladder competencies, ensuring clear, fair growth pathways for all team members. Design and implement team upskilling programs and continuous learning initiatives. Build and sustain strong engineering management networks across OEMs and partners.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

10+ years of experience in semiconductor technical sales or automotive, with a track record of inclusive, collaborative work. Solid knowledge of automotive embedded systems and control fundamentals. Proven, inclusive leadership managing mid-size teams (5–10 people), supporting growth and equity. Established, trusted OEM customer network and ability to build long‑term partnerships. Willingness to travel 15–20%, engaging with diverse stakeholders across regions.

Salary pay information

Location Indicative salary range Livonia, United States. Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$ 169,440 – US$ 232,980. Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
