Location: Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in Dearborn, MI
Job Type: W2 Contract - ongoing (No C2C)
Pay: Up to $75.40 / hour
Position Description: We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Engineer 3) who can bridge software development and SAP S/4HANA Sales (Order-to-Cash) to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
This is a hybrid role combining full-stack engineering, SAP functional expertise, and business process ownership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end software solutions (UI + backend/APIs)
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Sales/OTC processes (pricing, order management, billing)
  • Own UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure production readiness
  • Drive system integrations (EDI, middleware, finance systems)
  • Define architecture, tech stack, and deployment strategy
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams
  • Improve performance, scalability, and system reliability

Required Qualifications
  • 6-12+ years of IT experience (development + SAP)
  • Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales / SD / OTC experience
  • Experience with ECC ? S/4HANA transformation
  • Hands-on experience with UAT leadership and integrations
  • Background in APIs, microservices, or full-stack development
  • Strong understanding of pricing, order management, and billing
