Job description

Inventory Clerk III

Location: Mounds View, Minnesota - 55112

Employment Type: Part-Time Duration: 12 months

The Tablet Deployment Inventory Specialist supports tablet deployment and inventory operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility in a changing environment, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare iPads, including applying barcodes, installing cases, and enrolling or updating software
  • Ensure inventories are secure, properly identified, and accessible to authorized personnel
  • Maintain controls over various inventory types, including raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records
  • Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipment quantities
  • Analyse inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements
Production Support
  • Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage operations within the distribution centre
  • Assist with assembly, processing, packaging, and distribution of company products
  • Set up equipment in continuous production or processing operations as needed
  • Report device or workflow malfunctions and recommend solutions or process adjustments
Qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through prior work experience and/or education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management and shipping
  • Nice to have: experience with FedEx Ship Manager, Salesforce.com, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
