At Scoot Education, we are committed to creating exceptional experiences for students and educators. We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to support multiple schools sites.

Hourly Pay Range:

Perks and Compensation

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Paid state-mandated training
  • FREE onboarding (we pay for your background check up front, not reimbursement needed)
  • Rapid onboarding (> 2 weeks)
  • Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA
  • The role is non-exempt. Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked
  • Referral bonuses refer a friend and you both earn gift cards after 10 shifts

What You Will Do

Depending on your placement you may be asked to do one or more of following. We would work with YOU to learn your preferences.

  • Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaboration on IEP/BIP creation
  • Modeling and coaching for site-based staff
  • Supervision of Scoot RBTs (In-person preferred, but virtual supervision may be considered)

What You Will Need

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support
  • Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
