Calling all creatives, solvers, analysts, planners, doers, and visionaries!
East West is looking to add talented and enthusiastic Warehouse Staff to our 1st Shift Team. East West's vision is to make the world a better place - cleaner, safer, healthier, and smarter. Come join a team with a strong, collaborative culture and help us bring that vision to life.
The Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving all inventory products, accurately counting all inventory products received by East West Wisconsin and performing packaging and shipping of all customer finished products. This position supports and covers the Receiving, Stockroom and Shipping areas. Work assignment/area is determined by the Warehouse Manager depending on the team's daily workload.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Upon delivery, count packages and match this to the carrier's count.
• Must identify and process overnight priority, consolidated, and custom fab packages first.
• Perform receiving transactions via the Business Operating System. Generate receiving tickets and match them to the appropriate material(s).
• Route the identified material(s) to the next process.
• For all non-conforming material initiate MRB process in the Business Operating System, affix the NMR form to the non-conforming product and store in the non-conforming material hold cabinet.
• Count parts accurately by hand, using a counting scale, Using FIFO, pick parts from bin locations.
• Fill shortages to production kits when parts arrive. Fill end-of-line shortages.
• Issue items to the person requiring material and contact Purchasing to re-order required items if necessary.
• Accurately put away parts from receiving. Print the pick list daily, print jobs and put them in order of production needs. After a job is picked, the job will be audited for accuracy. Accurately perform all paper and computer transactions. Take physical inventory of selected items and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle paperwork and transactions required when parts are scrapped.
• Package product as received.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork, including packing lists, appropriate labels, and include any special instructions included with the Job and Work Order Data.
• Manage miscellaneous mailing, shipment requests from other departments, also prepare truck shipments as needed.
• Package DMR and Non-Conforming materials.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of sitting, lifting, standing, bending and carrying.
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
