Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Ocala, FL

Schedule : 8am - 5pm

Patient Volume: 20-30 Patients

Age groups of patients: Adults

Facility: Office Setting (It's an office-based Clinical Coordinator/Manager role supporting home health and long-term care services)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.

  • Diagnose and establish individualized patient treatment plans.

  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.

  • Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding patient care.
