ResponsibilitiesThe nurse educator provides clinical education and expert clinical knowledge to support consistent, evidence-based, culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate care for all patients, specifically the Peri-Anesthesia population, across all clinical areas at Mercy Medical Center. The nurse educator is a leader that role models clinical excellence as well as contributes to the professional development of staff.
Requirements- 5 years of current clinical experience in Peri-Anesthesia Units
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, begin MSN within 2 years of hire
- Current RN Licensure in the State of Maryland
MinUSD $40.24/Hr.
MaxUSD $72.43/Hr.
Salary InformationCompensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
