JOB PURPOSE:
The Logistics Analyst works with clients on incident management within their supply chain. The position functions at a global level and supports a core team of individuals within that supply chain.
CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Data Entry
  • Follow-up (email and phone) with transportation carriers
  • Follow-up (email and phone) with clients
  • Gather and organize all relevant documentation to support incidents under review
  • Summarize information to concisely convey key facts
  • Review of open incidents and use corrective action plans to drive to closure
  • Identify and review trends in the client's market place
  • Participation and leadership of materials shared on conference calls

SUPPORTING DUTIES TO THE CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
