Schedule Options:

  • Day Shift
  • Evening Shift
  • Night Shift (available until 2:00 AM EST)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Make outbound calls on behalf of a variety of clients.
  • Follow client-specific call flows and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple applications.
  • Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.
