NOC Engineers, or Network Operations Center Engineers, are IT professionals responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks and systems. They work in a centralized location called a Network Operations Center, where they ensure network uptime, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to minimize downtime. NOC Engineers often work in shifts to provide 24/7 network support for organizations, supporting critical infrastructure and escalating problems when necessary. Their work is essential to keeping business operations running smoothly and securely.
