Job Description:
This role will serve as the primary liaison to all clients for the Bank's Global Custody Website.This role requires reading and responding to client inquiries in Japanese and English, organizing applications for users of the website, and tracking the setup of each web ID.
Requirements
Must have oral and written Japanese to communicate with institutional investors in Japan and the US.
Strong organizational skills and be able to work independently to organize and track client requests.
Familiarity with finance and transactional banking will be a big plus.
Other ad hoc tasks, including providing backup support for FX hedging and other managing custody-related inquiries.
