Position Summary
The Synthetic Turf Installer is responsible for supporting the installation of synthetic turf systems and other athletic surfaces. This role involves physically demanding, hands-on work in outdoor environments and requires a high level of reliability, teamwork, and willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of synthetic turf, running tracks, and indoor sports flooring systems
- Perform site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks
- Measure, cut, seam, and secure turf materials to project specifications
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all company safety protocols and project requirements
- Work collaboratively with crew members and project leadership to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Prior construction, flooring, or turf installation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay out of town for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Travel amp; Work Conditions
- Frequent and extended travel required; majority of projects located throughout the Midwest U.S.
- Company-paid hotel accommodations provided
- $20/day per diem provided
- Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and around construction equipment
Compensation amp; Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($20–$45/hour)
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment
- Paid holidays and paid time off
- 401(k) eligibility effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment, with immediate vesting
