Key Responsibilities

Turf Installation & Site Work

  • Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and base installation
  • Install synthetic turf systems including cutting, seaming, securing, and infill
  • Assist with drainage, edging, and finish work to ensure long-lasting installations
  • Support other landscape construction tasks as needed

Daily Operations & Preparation

  • Load and prepare trucks with tools, materials, and equipment for each job
  • Ensure job readiness to avoid delays or return trips to the shop
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and working condition

Communication & Documentation

  • Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
  • Document job progress, materials used, and completed work
  • Submit receipts, logs, and required documentation in a timely manner

Professionalism & Safety

  • Represent the company professionally on job sites and while driving
  • Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of construction, landscaping, or related field experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs and perform physical labor daily
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with synthetic turf installation
  • Background in excavation, landscaping, or hardscape construction
  • Experience operating equipment (skid steer, plate compactor, etc.)
  • Interest in growing into a leadership or foreman role

Work Environment

  • Full-time, year-round work
  • Monday–Friday schedule with optional weekend overtime
  • Outdoor, physically demanding work environment
  • Projects across the greater Puget Sound area

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay ($28–$33 DOE)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Referral program
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Clear path to advancement (Lead Installer / Crew Lead)

What Makes This Role Different

  • Specialized work in a high-demand, premium landscaping niche
  • Opportunity to develop a valuable, in-demand skillset (synthetic turf systems)
  • Growth path into leadership roles as the division expands
  • Work within a systems-driven, multi-division company
