Pest & Wildlife Management Specialist (Experienced or Will Train)

Job Summary

Bugman Pest Control & Wildlife is hiring a Pest & Wildlife Management Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on solving real pest problems, building customer relationships, and delivering high-level service across residential, commercial, and industrial accounts.
We are actively seeking experienced pest control professionals who want more autonomy, better earning potential, and the opportunity to expand into advanced services like wildlife control and exclusion.
No experience? We will train the right person with the work ethic and mindset to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
This is not a “spray and go” job—this is a skilled trade with real upside.
What You’ll Do

  • Perform detailed inspections and develop treatment plans for insects, rodents, and wildlife
  • Deliver services across residential, commercial, and industrial properties
  • Execute pest control treatments using industry best practices and IPM principles
  • Identify entry points and contribute to exclusion and long-term prevention strategies
  • Operate and maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials professionally
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings, treatments, and recommendations
  • Document all services accurately, including materials used and conditions found
  • Work independently, managing your route and schedule with minimal supervision
  • Continuously improve through training in advanced pest control and wildlife techniques
