Qualifications
  • Must have experience with professional window cleaning and/or pressure washing
  • Must like to work with people
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Must be able to lift and carry a ladder - up to 75 pounds.
  • Must not be afraid of heights
  • Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Must want to work in a leadership capacity
  • Must have a strong work ethic and enjoy high levels of extended activity
  • Must be willing to set high standards, have a desire to learn, and be open to performance-based feedback.

Job Summary
  • Each morning, you'll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day's game plan.
  • You'll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers' homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) and perform our services.
  • You'll call upcoming customers on your way to the job.
  • You'll meet customers before your crew begins its work to ensure we're meeting expectations.
  • You'll complete a post-job inspection and meet with the customer to review the work to their satisfaction.
  • You'll accept and process the customer's payment through our mobile payment technology.
  • You'll end your day back at the Shine office, ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next day's work.

  • Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $18-22 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips (pay may vary for 30-day probation period upon new hire).
