Are you an experienced security professional ready to lead by example? We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and professional Overnight Security Shift Supervisor to join our team.

Position Details
  • Position: Overnight Security Shift Supervisor
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Shift: Friday – Tuesday
  • Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday
  • Pay: 20.30/hour
  • Bi-Weekly Pay and Daily Pay is offered
  • Uniforms Provided at No Cost
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support security officers during the overnight shift.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and client expectations.
  • Conduct patrols, inspections, and shift briefings.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Foster a positive team culture built on Integrity, Respect, Vigilance, and Trust.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our clients and the communities we serve.
Qualifications
  • Must have an active PPSB license.
  • Must have CPR
  • Must have VALID Drivers license
  • Must be over the age of 18 years old.
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
