We are looking for year-round Swim Coach/Teachers in Murphy! This is a great company, with a supportive and fun culture!

The Instructor is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.

We offer:

  • Year-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week (we want team players who are looking for longevity as we don't offer seasonal positions)

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties

  • Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes
  • Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learning & swimming
  • Smiling and having fun
  • Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
  • Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below)

The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach! Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, general teaching experience and the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training!
