What is a no experience RCC teaching job?

A 'No Experience RCC Teaching' job typically refers to a teaching position at a Regional Community College (RCC) that is open to candidates with little or no prior teaching experience. These roles are often designed for recent graduates or professionals transitioning to academia who want to begin a teaching career. The position may offer training, mentorship, or professional development to help new instructors succeed in the classroom. Requirements can vary, but a relevant degree and a passion for education are usually important. This is a great entry point for those interested in community college teaching.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a no experience RCC teacher?

To thrive as a No Experience RCC Teacher, you generally need a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and a teaching credential, with a willingness to learn specialized strategies for supporting students with diverse needs. Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), basic classroom technology, and learning management systems is often beneficial. Strong communication, patience, and adaptability are essential soft skills for building relationships with students and collaborating with other educators. These skills and qualities are crucial for effectively supporting student learning and ensuring an inclusive, productive classroom environment.

What can new RCC teachers with no prior experience expect in terms of mentorship and support during their first year?

New RCC teachers often join supportive academic environments where mentorship is prioritized, especially for those without prior teaching experience. Typically, you'll be paired with an experienced educator or supervisor who will help guide lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum delivery. Regular team meetings, peer observations, and professional development workshops are common, helping you build confidence and refine your teaching style. Pay: $100-$200/day ($18-$25/hour equivalent) + Tips
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | No Weekends, No Holidays
We keep homes clean so families can focus on what matters. At Two Maids, our cleaning teams serve hundreds of households across Colorado - and we're looking for people who take real pride in doing great work.
No cleaning experience? That's fine. We'll train you. What we can't train is reliability, a good attitude, and the kind of person who notices the details others miss. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
What You'll Do
  • Join our team as a Professional House Cleaner, working in teams of two - a partner has your back from day one
  • Follow our proven cleaning process - we'll teach you everything during 5 days of paid training
  • Communicate clearly with your partner, your clients, and your managers - you'll spend most of your day out in the field, so being a strong communicator matters
  • Check in with management when needed, flag concerns early, and handle any client issues professionally (or bring them to us)

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
  • Reliable, well-maintained vehicle and valid Colorado driver's license
  • 18 years or older, able to pass a background check (no felonies)
  • On your feet all day - bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs)
  • Available Monday through Friday, full-time
  • Strong communicator who's comfortable working independently and with a partner
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and good at managing your time
  • Someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating clients' homes with respect

Nice-to-haves (but not required):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service experience
  • Interest in growing into a trainer or leadership role

How You Get Paid
This isn't a clock-in, clock-out hourly job. You earn a commission on every home you clean - which means the better and more efficient you get, the more you make. Most of our cleaners average $100-$200 per day, and you're done when your homes are done (not stuck watching the clock until 5pm). Tips are on top of that Great reviews from happy clients mean real extra money in your pocket.
What We Offer
  • 5 days paid training - no experience required, we teach you our system
  • All equipment, supplies, and uniforms provided - just bring yourself and your vehicle
  • Weekdays only - no nights, no weekends, no holidays. Your time off is yours.
  • Mileage reimbursement - you drive your car, we help cover the cost
  • Flexible PTO - paid time off you can use however you want
  • 401(k) available after one year
  • Dental and vision insurance options available
  • Employee rewards program - additional earning opportunities for great work, high mileage, and strong client reviews
  • Trainer opportunities - we're actively looking for people who want to grow with us, not just fill a spot
  • Team environment - you'll work in pairs, so you're never thrown into a home alone on day one (solo routes available for experienced, reliable cleaners who want that independence)

Why People Stay at Two Maids
Culture is everything to us. We're not looking to fill a revolving door - we want people who want to be part of a real community. People who show up for their team, who take pride in what they do, and who care about delivering great customer service.
We invest in the people who invest in us. Our best cleaners have grown into trainers, team leads, and leadership roles - and those paths are real, not just something we put in a job posting.
If you're tired of jobs that don't value your effort, this might be the change you're looking for.
We respond to every applicant. Background check required. If you have any questions about the position you can call us directly at: 303-800-0625.
Centennial / Aurora office: 7853 East Arapahoe Court, Centennial, CO
