Pay Structure:

  • Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee
  • $16-$27+ per hour ($16 base/$27 in commission for motivated salespersons)
  • Eligible for Commission pay after training – based on sales and performance metrics
  • Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
