Trainee Program Overview:

Our Property Management Trainee Program is a 3-6 month immersive experience designed to provide structured training and hands-on exposure to property operations and leasing. During the training program, you will work at one of our vibrant Affinity Living Communities and learn what the hype around active adult living is all about! You will contribute to a collaborative team culture while developing the entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and excellence reflex needed to create value for our residents, strengthen community operations, and support exceptional resident experiences. You will gain valuable, hands-on experience working side-by-side with our on-site property management teams on:

  • Resident Engagement and Retention
  • On-Site Resident Events and Culture
  • Sales & Leasing
  • Operations Management
  • Outreach Marketing
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will then be assigned to a full-time position available within our portfolio, thus the ability to relocate is required.   • Must be a team player who takes a โ€œwe over meโ€ approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.

  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.
