Job Details:

Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant
Location: Everett, WA
Work Type: Onsite
Pay Rate: $20.95/hr on W2
 

Work Schedule:

Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Required Qualifications:

  • Washington State Pharmacy Assistant Certification (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry 20–25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, and grasp throughout the shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process prescription orders for shipping
  • Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions
  • Sort orders by store location and prepare shipments
  • Load products for distribution
  • Maintain productivity in a fast-paced automated refill canter
  • Follow HIPAA regulations and pharmacy procedures
  • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
  • Identify and escalate operational issues when necessary

Preferred Experience:

  • Pharmacy Assistant experience
  • Pharmacy Technician experience
  • Warehouse, fulfilment, packing, shipping, or production experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
