Liaison Package Handler- Alexandria, VA (Washington, DC Metro Area)
PART TIME (Saturday, 12:30pm - 6:00pm)
Luxer One Liaison is looking for a friendly professional, organized and customer-obsessed individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment building in Alexandria, VA (Washington, DC) area. Come join our growing team!
The Liaison Package Handler will help organize and maintain package reception rooms and locker systems at apartment complexes located in Alexandria, VA (Washington, DC) area.
As a Liaison Package Handler, you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned multi-family property in Alexandria, VA (Washington, DC) The Liaison Package Handler is responsible for establishing an on-site presence and maintaining/organizing the assigned site's package room independently and efficiently using our software.
What You'll Do:
  • Build and establish an on-site presence within your assigned properties by providing in-person and written support to on-site residents who have package related questions or account inquiries.
  • Log recently-delivered packages into the property's package management system/software.
  • Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60lbs MAX)
  • Arrange and label packages on shelving so residents can locate them quickly and easily.
  • Identify and address aging or stale packages through physical audits and software review to maintain system accuracy.
  • Email Correspondence through Gmail with on-site residents, property staff and your manager.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
  • Deliver specific packages directly to residents' doors. (60lbs MAX)
  • Perform or troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system hardware and software as needed.
Requirements
Who You Are- You're friendly, professional and comfortable representing the Luxer One Liaison brand in upscale residential communities. You are comfortable building positive, friendly relationships with property managers and residents alike, and you take pride in delivering excellent service.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
  • Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally, you live in or near the designated service area
  • Comfortable and well adept using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, Apple Hardware/Software.
  • Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky, within legal guidelines and safely maneuver within storage areas
  • Can lift up to but, not exceed 60 LBS
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods if necessary
  • Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
  • Willingness to make-up for hours missed or cover shifts as needed.
