Job description

Our client, a well known name in the beauty space is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to support the creation of compelling, on-brand social content across our owned social media channels.

This is a 6 month contract (40 hours a week) with potentail to extend that is hybrid 3 days a week in Los Angeles.

Working closely with the Social team, Integrated Marketing Communications team, and Creative partners, this role will design engaging static and motion assets that bring our campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling to life across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands the nuances of social-first creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging social-first creative for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
  • Create motion graphics, carousels, story assets, and other social content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Translate creative briefs into visually compelling social assets that support product launches, campaigns, trends, and evergreen content.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social, Marketing, Influencer, and Creative teams to develop content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in AfterEffects and be able to edit video and animate graphics for social media
  • Have prior experience working with beauty, fashion or wellness clients
