CNC Set-Up Machinist

Bring your precision machining skills to Brelie Gear Company in Waukesha, Wisconsin. We are a privately owned, growing gear manufacturer where experienced machinists are trusted, supported, and recognized for quality work. You will produce high-precision components using advanced CNC equipment in a purpose-built, climate-controlled facility—with the tools, training, and team support to keep developing your career.

What You’ll Do

·         Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components

·         Select tooling, adjust offsets, and make program edits with confidence

·         Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality documents

·         Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools

·         Apply a working knowledge of G and M codes

·         Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team

·         Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
