About the Role:

The Press Helper plays a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of printing presses within a manufacturing or production environment. This position is responsible for assisting press operators by preparing materials, monitoring equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the printing process. The Press Helper contributes to maintaining high-quality output by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, and adhering to safety protocols. This role requires close collaboration with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain consistent product standards. Ultimately, the Press Helper helps optimize press operations to support overall production goals and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery safely.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
