Job description

Job Summary:
We are a leading car dealership in Boardman, Ohio, seeking a skilled and licensed Lube Tech to join our team. As a Lube Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure our customers' vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, hourly position, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Inspect vehicles for any signs of damage or wear and tear
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs to customers
• Maintain a clean and efficient work area
• Communicate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely completion of services
• Keep track of all parts and supplies used for inventory purposes
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines set by the dealership and manufacturer
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a lube tech in the automotive industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Familiarity with various types of vehicles and their maintenance requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for entering and updating service records. 
• ASE certification is preferred but not required
