Construction Laborer – Paid Training to Become a Materials Testing Technician
We are hiring Construction Laborers who are looking to step into a long term career. No experience in materials testing is required. We provide paid training and certifications including ACI and Nuclear Gauge.
This role is ideal for anyone with experience in construction, landscaping, utilities, concrete, asphalt, or general labor who wants to move into a more stable and higher growth career path. You will be working outdoors on active construction sites testing materials like soil, concrete, and asphalt while learning skills that can lead to long term career growth in the construction and engineering industry.
Pay: $20 to $21 per hour + Overtime opportunities available
What You Will Do
• Work on active construction sites with a team
 • Test concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates
 • Use testing equipment with training provided
 • Document results and complete daily reports
 • Learn industry certifications and standards
What a Typical Day Looks Like
